Within Wolters Kluwer, CT Corporation contains our expert information services businesses that serve large corporations, small businesses and law firms specializing in incorporation and legal business compliance solutions and clearance and protection solutions for trademark and brand professionals.
Provide support and drive results in areas surrounding global partnerships and alliances, operations support, financial and data analysis support and other key roles as determined
Lead and participate in projects related to the identification of potential partners, partnership operational assessments, pricing negotiations, profitability analysis, coverage model analysis, service level management and strategic partnership pipeline analysis
Coordinate, influence and participate in projects and the on-boarding of new partners
Work with leadership to achieve goals including Best Customer Experience, Best in Class Economics, and Great Place to Work
Manage reporting responsibilities, analyze data and reports, as well as identify and implement opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the CT product line and systems, specifically as they relate to Global Corporate Services
Identify gaps in global coverage, potential partners and document process of exploring new partnerships
Provide support to leadership team including analyzing and reporting on metrics; coordinating new partner on-boarding efforts between CT team and strategic partner; coordinating training and development; and representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry
A minimum of five years of sales/service, operations, vendor/partnership management and/or data analysis experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
Experience gathering and analyzing information, integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately, as well as utilizing the results from analysis to inform and influence business decisions
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects, along with driving and managing projects to successful completion
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience using Sales tools such as Salesforce.com; and ancillary software to support the CRM database
Strong working knowledge of E1, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and/or Arrow preferred
Ability to travel up to 40%
