Robert Half OfficeTeam is working with a fortune 500 company, seeking out motivated, talented, candidates, who are eager to start work ASAP as Fraud Specialists in a call center environment! In these positions, individuals MUST HAVE 3+ Months Call Center Experience, 1+ Years in the Financial Industry, or Possess a 2-Year Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, to become Fraud Specialists for an amazing company. Individuals will undergo a 6-week training process, ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, to learn how to detect fraud on check and debit card accounts, how to utilize multiple software's to dispute and document claims, all while providing exceptional customer service over the phone.   • Capturing all claim information, conducting research, and providing updates on status of new and existing claims

  • Effectively authenticating the identity of customers to prevent further fraudulent activity
